ClipControl

• Improve popup to have a tighter look and not shutdown ClipControl on ESC
• Block-comment

• Filename paste, Caps + F, should be able to paste in windows' fileselector format, ie "filename1" "filename2" etc rather than comma separated filenames.

Installer

• Make the installer automatically shutdown ClipControl if it's running.
• Make the installer ask if you want the saved buffers to remain when uninstalling.
